Returns/Refunds (where applicable)
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective. Should the product be faulty or defective, please raise a refund request by sending an email to email@example.com and our customer service personnel will liaise with you to arrange for the return of the product. We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.
Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must apply:
- The issue/defect must be reported to AVL Direct Pte Ltd within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
- To Complete your returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- AVL Direct Pte Ltd must be contacted immediately if products are damaged as a result of shipping.
- A detailed description with pictures of the damage must be provided to the Customer Care team.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by sending an email to email@example.com and our customer service personnel will liaise with you to arrange for the exchange of the product.
